AppHealthCare – Appalachian District Health Department is seeking a Board-Certified Dentist for a 6–9 month locum tenens assignment in Jefferson, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care to a supportive and tight-knit mountain community.
Position Highlights:

Location: Jefferson, NC

Facility: AppHealthCare – Appalachian District Health Department

Schedule: 4 ten-hour days per week

Assignment Length: 6 to 9 months

Start Date: ASAP

Patient Volume: 14–16 patients per day

Ages Seen: All ages

Setting: Outpatient dental clinic with additional support staff

EMR: Dentrix
Requirements:

Board Certified Dentist
-
Active North Carolina dental license
-
1–3 years of experience
-
COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions accepted)

All-inclusive arrangement required (no separate travel/lodging offered)
