- CA license and BC required
- 6-12 month assignment
- 16-18 patients per day - All Ages
- Mon/Thurs/Fri - 8:30-5 ,Tuesdays - 11-7:30, Closed Wednesdays, Saturdays - 7-3:30
- EMR - EPIC
- Minimum 5 years of experience required
