General Dentist – Central Maine
Thriving dental practice in central Maine is looking for a full-time General Dentist! Enjoy predictable work serving a strong patient base, steady new patient flow, and room to grow—plus partnership potential for the right long-term fit. For over 15 years, this practice has built a reputation on high-quality, ethical care and lasting relationships.
This modern facility features 11 treatment rooms, private doctor offices, and the latest technology including digital x-rays, iTero, intraoral cameras, soft and hard tissue lasers, and implant equipment. You’ll be supported by a skilled clinical team and efficient front office staff.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- No nights, no weekends
- Minimal call
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed salary: $160,000–$230,000 (based on experience)
- Quarterly production bonus
- $15,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance
- Medical, vision, in-house dental, and malpractice coverage
- PTO accrual and a supportive ramp-up period
