Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Dentist specialized in Dentistry for a 68-day locum tenens assignment in South Carolina, starting 06/23/2025. This full-time role involves a Monday to Friday schedule, where you will manage a dynamic caseload including hygiene/new patients and treatment processes such as crowns, fillings, and extractions. The application of your skills will be critical in delivering exceptional dental care from 06/23/2025, to 09/26/2025.


Job Details

  • Provider Type Needed: Dentist
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform initial patient screenings and dental assessments
  • Provide hygiene care, including cleaning and preventive treatments
  • Perform routine dental procedures such as extractions, fillings, and root canals
  • Conduct crowns, bridges, and other restorative procedures
  • Manage treatment plans for new and returning patients
  • Maintain patient records using Eaglesoft EMR system
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations within the practice


Additional Information

  • Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • Must possess a valid South Carolina dental license
  • Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience and be comfortable working as the sole provider
