We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Minnesota, starting 07/28/2025. This opportunity, available through Barton Associates, requires expertise in general dentistry, including dentures, partials, fillings, extractions, X-rays, cleanings, and root canals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating out of three chairs and working with PracticeWorks software. The schedule varies, with full days Monday through Wednesday and half days on Thursdays. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dentures, partials, fillings, and extractions
• Conduct X-rays and dental cleanings
• Perform root canal treatments as needed
• Operate efficiently in a three-chair setup
• Utilize PracticeWorks software for patient management and record-keeping
• Provide high-quality patient care and maintain excellent patient relationships
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, sterile working environment
• Collaborate effectively with dental assistants and other staff members
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Stay current with the latest dental techniques and technologies
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Minnesota
• Experience with PracticeWorks software is preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to new work environments is essential
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach are required
