Locum Tenens Oregon Dentist
Function: Dentist
Facility Location: Medford, OR 97504
Assignment Dates: ASAP, 2-3 months to start
Schedule/Shifts: Monday-Thursday: 8a-5p
% inpatient/outpatient: 100% outpatient
Patient Volume: 10-12 daily patient volume
Procedures: Exams, extractions, composites, crown/bridge, general dentistry
Nice to Haves: Implants and IV sedation experience
Support Staff: hygienists, dental assistants, dentists, office manager, office staff
Type of Charting: Dentrix
Requirements: OR License, DEA, BLS
Reason for Need: Growth
Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week
Pay Rate: Negotiable
