General Dentist
Lead the Launch of a New Dental Program on the Oregon Coast!
Overview:
A mission-driven health center on the north Oregon coast is expanding—and for the first time, adding dental services. We're looking for a dentist to lead this launch and shape the future of oral health in a tight-knit, underserved community.
As the first dental provider, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a strategic and clinical leadership role in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility opening Fall 2025.
Highlights:
– Be the primary dentist in a newly built dental suite
– Influence the growth and direction of the dental program
– Work in a supportive, community-focused setting with deep local partnerships
– Enjoy a flexible 3- or 4-day workweek with dedicated admin time
Compensation & Benefits:
– W-2 Employed, Permanent, Full-time
– $200,000–$250,000 Salary (DOE)
– $5,000 relocation assistance
– Potential sign-on bonus and retention incentives
– Federal and state loan forgiveness eligibility

– 401(k) with 3% match
– 160 hours PTO annually + 9 paid holidays
