• High-Volume Pediatric Focus with Growth Potential: Join a busy, established practice where existing doctors have primarily served a pediatric patient base, creating a high-volume environment with 3 columns per provider and 8–10 patients per column. • Collaborative Multispecialty Team: Work alongside an Orthodontist (rotating), Oral Surgeon (4 days/week), and General Dentist (4–5 days/week). This is a team-oriented environment with strong internal referrals and built-in support for comprehensive care.
• Flexible Schedule with Required Fridays: Choose a 4- or 5-day work week, with Friday as a required day. This allows flexibility while maintaining consistency in patient care and team collaboration.
• Excellent Compensation and Incentives:
  • $1,000 daily guarantee or 35% of adjusted production, whichever is higher.
  • Average daily production of $5,800 offers strong earning potential.
  • Sign-on bonus up to $25,000.
  • $5,000 retention bonus every 6 months after one year of employment.
  • Car allowance available for candidates commuting from outside the area.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD Degree: You hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Your education equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional dental care and make a positive impact on your patients' lives.
• Illinois State Dental License: You possess a valid Illinois state dental license or are eligible to obtain one, ensuring that you meet the highest standards of practice and are ready to make your mark in the community.
