This group is known for its commitment to clinical autonomy, continuous growth, and provider-focused support. They are seeking a seasoned general dentist (minimum of 5 years clinical experience post-residency) who is not only clinically excellent but also interested in taking on a leadership role within the practice. The Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships.

• Skilled communicator with a confident, compassionate chairside manner.

• Proficient in all aspects of general dentistry with a strong foundation in diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive care.

• Eager to take on a clinical leadership role and mentor junior providers.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program; completion of a general practice residency preferred.

• Active dental license in Massachusetts in good standing.

• Annual earning potential between $225,000 and $325,000

• Strong minimum daily guarantee plus a percentage of collections
