A highly respected, doctor-led dental group in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York is actively seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their established, multi-specialty team. This fee-for-service private practice has been serving families in the community for over 50 years and is known for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care with the support of a highly trained clinical and administrative staff.

Privately located in a modern, stand-alone facility with 12 operatories

Position Details:

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday (4-day workweek)

Fully fee-for-service model – no insurance-based production pressure

New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship from a team of experienced doctors

Preference for candidates with GPR or AEGD training (not required)

Strong emphasis on continuing education, growth mindset, and relationship-building with patients
Compensation & Benefits:

Annual compensation range: $140,000 to $300,000+
