Job Description
Locum dentist needed for an FQHC in Oregon
- Have 2-3 DAs per Provider
- Working out of 2 chairs
- 12-16 patients per day
- New patient exams
- Fillings extractions crown and bridge.
- Some root canals, but may refer out root canals due to patient back log and timing purposes
- Hours 8-6 Mon- Thu and Fri 8-4
- One provider to work Mon-Thurs and the other to work Tuesday -Friday
- Travel and lodging provided
