We’re hiring a General Dentist to join a well-established, high-quality dental practice near Pismo Beach, CA. This is a W-2, full-time opportunity offering excellent earning potential, a consistent schedule, and full clinical autonomy. Position Highlights:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Preferred: 2–3 Saturdays/month (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) - optional

One weekday off to maintain a 5-day workweek

Start Date: ASAP

Patient Volume: ~20 patients per day

Clinical Scope:
-
Fillings, SRPs, crowns, exams/diagnosis

Extractions and root canals optional—handled by in-house specialists if needed

Compensation & Benefits:

Daily Guarantee: Permanent minimum of $2,400/day

Bonus: 21.9% of pure production above daily guarantee

Qualifications:

1+ year experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
