Join a thriving, patient-focused DSO practice in Northern California committed to quality care and clinical excellence. We are seeking a compassionate and confident General Dentist to join our team. This is a full-time, W-2 employed opportunity with a strong daily guarantee, full benefits, and the ability to work alongside experienced general dentists and visiting specialists in a collaborative environment.
Position Highlights:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Preferred: 2–3 Saturdays/month (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) - optional

One weekday off to maintain a 5-day workweek

Start Date: ASAP

Patient Volume: ~20 patients per day

Clinical Scope:
-
Fillings, SRPs, crowns, exams/diagnosis

Extractions and root canals optional—handled by in-house specialists if needed

Compensation & Benefits:

Daily Guarantee: Permanent minimum of $2,400/day

Bonus: 21.9% of pure production above daily guarantee

One full-time general dentist on-site per office currently

Qualifications:

1+ year experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply

Confident clinical skills and a strong diagnostic foundation
