Responsibilities

• Deliver general dental services, including preventive, restorative, prosthetic, and minor surgical procedures
• Formulate and manage treatment plans using evidence-based standards
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records per clinic protocols
• Prescribe appropriate medications and refer patients to specialists when needed
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care
• Supervise and mentor dental assistants, junior dentists, and dental students
• Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately and efficiently
• Participate in Quality Improvement and peer review initiatives
• Support patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
• Uphold OSHA and clinical safety standards at all times

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of approved dental residency
• Active and unrestricted Florida Dental License
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Current with required CME credits
• Proficient in dental EHR systems and Office 365 tools
• High ethical standards and strong communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
