We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist for a 12-day locum tenens assignment in New Mexico, starting on Aug 18, 2025. This role involves a high patient volume, seeing up to 40-50 pediatric dentistry patients per day, primarily on weekdays with shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Responsibilities and Duties
- See pediatric dentistry patients, managing a high volume of cases.
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software.
- Ensure all dental treatments are completed as per the highest standards of care.
- Educate patients and guardians about oral health, preventive care, and treatments.
Additional Information
- Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Conscious Sedation, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Must be credentialed with Medicaid and licensed in New Mexico.
