An established dental practice located in the heart of Lihue, on the beautiful island of Kauai, is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join their growing team. The practice is known for providing comprehensive, high-quality care in a friendly and patient-centered environment. The office in Lihue is a well-established, high-volume general dentistry practice serving a loyal patient base and the broader Kauai community.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred

  • Excellent clinical and communication skills

  • Team-oriented and committed to continuous professional growth

Schedule:

  • Full-Time Preferred: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Part-Time Option: 2–3 days per week considered for the right candidate

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Guaranteed daily rate of $800–$1000 for the first 5 months

  • Transition to 30–35% of net collections starting in month 6

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus

  • $2,000 annual continuing education allowance

  • Additional benefits package offered for full-time employees
