About the Position:
A well-established dental practice located just outside Albany in the growing and family-friendly community of Glenmont, NY, is seeking a personable, motivated, and clinically skilled Associate Dentist to join their team part-time. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving practice that has served the local community for over 35 years.
The incoming Associate will join a modern, fully digital office supported by a seasoned and upbeat clinical and administrative team. The office prides itself on a strong patient base, advanced technology, and a collaborative work environment. Practice Overview:

3 Doctor chairs / 3 Hygiene chairs

1,700 active patients

Patient mix: 80% PPO / 20% Fee-for-service

Digital X-rays, Medit digital scanner, Overjet, Wave One

Average of 40 new patients per month

Supportive and experienced clinical and front desk team

Schedule: Thursdays 9 AM – 6 PM & Fridays 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Candidate Requirements:

DMD/DDS with an active NY license

3–5 years of clinical experience preferred

GPR or AEGD completion preferred

Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry

Comfortable diagnosing and treating independently

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual earning potential: $125,000 – $170,000
