Position Details
- Full-Time (5-day work week, including Saturdays)
- May consider 4 days if Saturday is included
- Daily volume target: 15 patients/day
- Onsite hygienist and full clinical support team
Clinical Scope
- All general dentistry:
- ✅ Fillings
- ✅ Crowns
- ✅ Partials & Complete Dentures
- ✅ Hygiene procedures
- ✅ Anterior endo (preferred, not required)
- Specialized cases referred out
- Full-spectrum general dentistry experience required
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $1,000/day guarantee (valid through contract duration)
- Tiered Production Model (25–28%)
- Dentist earns the higher of production or guarantee
- Must reach daily guarantee to activate percentage-based pay
