🗓 Position Details
- W2 Employed Position
- Full-Time Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Solo General Dentist role
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Goal: 15 patients per day
- Hygienist onsite for clinical support
🧰 Clinical Responsibilities
This is a full-spectrum general dentistry role that includes:
✅ Fillings
✅ Crowns
✅ Partials & Complete Dentures
✅ Anterior Endo (optional but preferred)
🚫 Specialized cases are referred out
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Daily Guarantee: $900/day
- Tiered Production Bonus: 25%–28%
- You earn the greater of the daily guarantee or production
- Must meet the daily guarantee threshold to activate percentage

✅ Ideal Candidate
- Must have an active Texas dental license - willing to wait for licensure
