About the Position:
A mission-driven community health organization in Buffalo, New York is seeking a General Dentist to join its high-impact, multi-specialty clinic. This full-time role offers a chance to serve a diverse patient population in a collaborative, team-based care environment with a strong commitment to health equity and access.
The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the possibility of a 4-day workweek to support work-life balance. Dentists typically see an average of 16 patients per day and are supported by a dedicated clinical and administrative team, modern equipment, and a community-focused mission.
The organization is part of a larger, federally funded health system that provides integrated primary, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services across multiple sites. Candidate Requirements:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Unrestricted New York State dental license

Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing dentist (post-graduate training preferred but not required)

Current DEA registration and BLS/CPR certification

Excellent clinical skills and a strong grasp of general dental procedures and treatment protocols

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care

Experience with or interest in electronic health record systems (EHRs) is a plus

Team-oriented with a passion for serving underserved populations
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $155,000 – $170,000, depending on experience
