My client is launching a brand-new, fully supported dental practice in Mt. Pleasant, Texas and is seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial General Dentist to lead the office. This is a rare opportunity to step into a new practice, build the culture from day one, and provide high-quality care in a growing East Texas community—with full clinical autonomy and no corporate pressure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $25,000/month guaranteed + 30% adjusted production
