About the Position:
A well-established, multi-location dental group with a strong presence across New Jersey is seeking a General Dentist to join its patient-centered team. This opportunity involves splitting time between two modern, fully equipped offices located in Hamilton and Lawrenceville, NJ.
Lawrenceville, a charming suburban community in Mercer County, offers a mix of small-town feel and suburban convenience. It is known for its excellent schools, access to parks and recreational amenities, and a central location near Princeton and Trenton—making it a desirable area for both families and professionals.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat patients with oral health issues using evidence-based clinical practices

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with empathy and efficiency

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment documentation

Ensure compliance with dental board regulations and office protocols

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient experiences

Respond to patient concerns and clinical issues in a timely, professional manner

Deliver the highest standard of care in every aspect of patient interaction
Qualifications:

DDS / DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school

Completion of a U.S.-based General Practice Residency or minimum 1 year of experience in a U.S. dental setting

Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of New Jersey

Eligibility for insurance credentialing, including Medicaid and Medicare

Strong communication skills with both patients and team members

Proficient in routine dental procedures and preventive care

Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
