A high-performing, modern dental practice near Baltimore is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong General Dentist to step into a full-time Lead Dentist role with immediate ownership potential. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a thriving PPO practice that combines cutting-edge technology, a loyal patient base, and a supportive team environment.
