About the POSITION:
A well-established private practice in Newington, CT, is seeking a motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join their team full-time. The practice has been serving the community for decades and is known for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will be someone who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth and values long-term relationships with patients. A compassionate chairside manner, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, is essential.
Requirements & Qualifications:

3–5 years of clinical experience required

GPR or AEGD training preferred

Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative, and preventive care
