About the Position

A well-established multi-specialty dental practice in the picturesque community of Jackson, New Jersey is seeking a highly skilled and personable Associate Dentist for a part-time position. The practice is supported by a premier dental partnership organization that focuses on empowering its teams to deliver exceptional patient care. With a history of serving the community since 1995, the practice is a true pillar in the area's healthcare landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate and confident chairside manner, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused team that includes one full-time and one part-time doctor, along with three dedicated hygienists (one full-time, two part-time). The practice maintains a balanced patient base of 50% PPO and 50% FFS. They are committed to utilizing modern technology to provide the best possible care, with equipment that includes digital x-rays, an iTero scanner, and a Cone Beam. With a robust base of 2,300 active patients, the incoming Associate will have an immediate impact. The part-time schedule is set for Tuesdays and Fridays.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active, unencumbered New Jersey license.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

  • Proficiency in a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures.

  • Ability to expertly examine, diagnose, and create comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

  • GPR or AEGD is preferred.

  • A strong desire and willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize patient care efficiently.

  • A dedication to providing compassionate and personalized dental care.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an annual compensation ranging from $100,000 to $125,000. Compensation is based on a strong minimum guarantee and a percentage of collections. The practice also provides a generous allowance for continuing education and covers malpractice insurance. This comprehensive compensation package reflects the value placed on clinical excellence and professional growth.
