We are seeking a licensed Dentist for a 48-day locum tenens assignment in Iowa, starting Sep 2, 2025. This role offers a Monday to Thursday schedule with daily shifts from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, focusing on general dentistry including crowns, dentures, fillings, and extractions. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage both simple and complex dental cases, referring out specialty cases as necessary
  • Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards
  • Maintain patient comfort and deliver excellent patient care
  • Use Dentrix for managing patient records and schedules
  • Uphold the practice’s non-corporate atmosphere while delivering professional dental care

Additional Information
  • Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • Must hold a valid dental license for Iowa
  • Previous experience in a general dentistry setting is preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
