Position Highlights
- Work-Life Balance: Monday – Thursday schedule, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; adult-only patient population with high clinical demand
- Desirable Practice Setting: Among the most renowned, high-end family and cosmetic dental practices in San Diego; exceptional patient service and clinical excellence in a highly desirable location
- Ideal Work Environment: Six operatories with state-of-the-art equipment including CBCT and iTero Scanner; dedicated doctor offices within a collaborative team model; knowledgeable patient treatment coordinator
- Culture & Support: Collaborative clinical support with assistants and hygienists; two hygiene columns and two dental assistants per doctor
- Professional Growth Opportunities: Partnership track available
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: W2 employment model; 30% of net production with potential flexibility; potential income range $350,000 – $450,000; profit-sharing program available
- Sign-On & Retention Bonuses: Reasonable relocation bonus offered

Qualifications
- Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Licensure: Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Skills: Strong restorative and comprehensive general dentistry skills; highly preferred: cosmetics, Invisalign, dental sleep medicine, implants, and/or endodontics
- Experience: Open to experienced dentists and motivated recent graduates
