Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: W2 employment model; 30% of net production with potential flexibility; potential income range $350,000 – $450,000; profit-sharing program available

Qualifications

• Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Licensure: Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
• Skills: Strong restorative and comprehensive general dentistry skills; highly preferred: cosmetics, Invisalign, dental sleep medicine, implants, and/or endodontics
• Experience: Open to experienced dentists and recent graduates with strong clinical skills and motivation
