We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a locum tenens opportunity in Utah. This assignment begins on Oct 9, 2025, spans 2 days, and features a Thursday and Friday schedule. The dentist will serve as the sole provider, delivering a range of general dentistry services including extractions and dentures.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole dental provider during the assignment
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations and diagnoses

- Ensure compliance with all relevant dental protocols and safety regulations
Additional Information
- Must hold an active Utah dental license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of general dentistry experience
