Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
- Perform restorative procedures including crowns, bridges, and dentures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient records and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all dental clinic policies and procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technologies.
Additional Information
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required.
- Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Illinois.
