Job Description
About the POSITION:
A well-established, multi-doctor family practice in the St. Louis, MO area is seeking a full-time general dentist. This is a modern, community-focused office that provides comprehensive care, including:

Anterior, premolar, and first molar endodontics

Simple and surgical extractions

Bread-and-butter restorative dentistry

Dentures and partials
The practice sees a diverse patient population with a strong family base, including a high volume of pre-teens and older children. The office accepts Medicaid but operates with negotiated fee schedules that are very competitive and close to PPO levels (for example, crowns ~$1,067, endo ~$956).
The practice currently operates with 8 operatories and is expanding to 11. It has a strong hygiene department with 4 full-time hygienists and continues to show steady growth, with 2024 goals set at $4.5M in collections—and well on pace to reach it.
In addition, this practice is part of a collaborative network with other locally owned offices in the metro area, offering support, mentorship, and a strong professional community for dentists at any stage in their career.
Schedule:
Full-time, 4 days per week (preferably Tuesday–Friday, or Monday–Wednesday/Friday).
