Beautiful Utah Partnership/Owner Opportunity

30 miles from Downtown Salt Lake City
Opportunity consists of:
· Take over an established 20-year practice where the retiring partner has 500 Google reviews averaging 4.9 stars.
· Schedule: Flexible schedule – Currently Mon. – Wed (7 AM - 7 PM); potential to add Thursdays, Fridays if wanting a different schedule!
· Looking for experienced dentists and/or a younger dentist with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take over a very busy practice that wants to be a Partner/Owner
· Retiring partner averages $10,000 to $12,000 in daily production.
· Great Support Staff
· Total of (4) operatories: (1) hygiene, (3) doctors.
· 30 new patients per month
· 25 patients daily across (1-2) hygiene chairs (16-20 patients/day) and (2-3) doctor chairs (8–12 patients/doctor/day).
Needed:
· Seeking top-tier experienced dentists or a younger dentist who has an entrepreneurial spirit, who wants a good-volume practice, and is a great team player.
· Need someone who is comfortable with a fast-paced schedule and skilled in general dentistry.
· Currently no cosmetic dentistry emphasis, but are open to growth in this area
· Single practice. Non-DSO.
· Looking for someone who wants to be part of the city/community
