General Dentist – Full-Time (Overland Park, KS)

Position Overview:
A busy and well-established dental practice in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our team. We currently have three experienced doctors and are looking to add a fourth to meet patient demand. The practice is large, modern, and efficiently run, with 7–8 hygienists scheduled daily to support a steady flow of patients.

This opportunity offers exposure to a wide variety of procedures. We are looking for a well-rounded dentist who is especially confident in endodontics, extractions, and comprehensive general dentistry.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday)

• Start date: Fall 2025

Compensation & Benefits:

• $10,000 sign-on bonus or relocation assistance

• $900 daily guarantee for the first 5 months (during credentialing), then transitions to 33% of net collections
