This opportunity begins on Dec 15, 2025, and features a weekday schedule with full-day shifts on Monday and a half-day on Tuesday. Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole dental provider during the assignment period

• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

Additional Information

• Must hold an active Arizona dental license
• Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
