General Dentist Locum to Perm
Location: Worthington, MN
Start: ASAP
Term: Ongoing (ideally 6–12 months for the right candidate)
Schedule: 3–4 days/week
Practice Type: Family Dentistry
Patient Hours: Mon–Thu, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Practice
- Operatories: 8
- Team Rhythm: Daily morning huddles + monthly team meetings
- Typical Dentist Count: 2
- Lunch: Staggered schedule for continuous patient flow
- Practice Management Software: Eaglesoft
- Equipment/Services: Laser; comprehensive general/family dentistry with ortho (e.g., clear aligners)
- Payer Mix: Fee-for-service; Delta Dental
- Patient Volume: ~40 patients/day combined DDS + RDH
What We’re Looking For
Locum-to-Perm Focus: Prioritizing candidates open to transitioning to permanent.
Permanent Hire Profile: Strong general dentist eager to grow in a family practice; ability or interest in implants, extractions, and clear aligner therapy to keep referrals in-house.
Locums Profile: Proactive general dentist focused on comprehensive restorative/procedural dentistry (beyond hygiene checks).
