Assignment Dates

Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Patient Volume
- 8–14 patients per day
Support Staff
- 4 Care Coordinators
- 10 Dental Assistants
- 5 Hygienists
- 4 Administrative Staff
Clinical Scope
- Community health clinic setting
- Must be willing to perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- Complicated extractions and endo referred out
Requirements
- Active MN Dental License (Medicaid number not required; credentialing assistance provided)
- No additional certifications needed
Technology
- EMR: Dentrix Ascend
