Job Description
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start Date: Sept 1st-Ongoing
- Schedule: 3x 12s, 4x10s, or 5x 8s (will look at any schedule availability)
- Avg Patients/day: 12-18
- Ages: all ages, mostly adults
- Cases: Bread and butter general dentistry
- Credentialing: 1 Week
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Active UT License
