About the POSITION:

A long-standing, multi-specialty neighborhood practice with a strong and steadily growing patient base is seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to practice in a modern, team-oriented environment that is supported by the resources and stability of one of the region’s largest dental care providers.

Position Highlights:

• Must have 5+ years of clinical experience

• Work with a diverse, established patient base in a supportive, collaborative setting

Clinical Proficiencies Required:

• Comprehensive Exams

• Diagnosis

• Treatment Planning

Additional Responsibilities:

• Educate patients and families on treatment options and long-term oral health maintenance

• Collaborate with staff to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are executed with precision

• Mentor and support associate doctors in patient care and treatment approaches

• Prescribe medications as necessary

• Accurately document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree required

• Current, active NJ Dental License

• CDS and DEA licenses

• Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in a dental practice

• Commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Professional, approachable demeanor with the ability to lead a large multi-specialty practice

About the COMP & BENEFITS:
