Job Description
We are seeking a Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in Florida, beginning Sep 22, 2025. This opportunity consists of a 1-day assignment from 9am to 2pm, providing exams for geriatric patients in a nursing home setting, with select home visits for home-bound patients. Candidates with experience working with geriatrics and certification from the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) are preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform dental exams for 15-25 patients, with each exam taking approximately 3-5 minutes
- Provide care to geriatric patients in a nursing home setting, as well as home-bound individuals
- Collaborate with a Dental Assistant during patient care
- Focus exclusively on dental examinations as specified
- Maintain accurate documentation as required by the client
Additional Information
- Current Florida dental license required
- Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) certification required
- Experience with geriatric patients is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently within scheduled shift hours
