Job Description
Locums General Dentist needed in the greater Salt Lake City area of Utah.
Assignment Details:
Start: ASAP after credentialed (2 weeks)
Duration: 3 months to start with opportunity to extend
Schedule: M-F 8hr days
Procedures: Bread and Butter (restorative and hygiene columns)
Ages: Mostly adult but family practice
EMR: Open Dental/Dexis
Rate: $125/hr with travel/lodging
Requirements:
Active UT License
