We’re excited to share a permanent General Dentist opportunity in Rome, GA with an established practice that was recently acquired in March. This is a great chance to step into a supportive environment, grow a patient base, and make an immediate impact.
Practice & Role Details:

Location: Rome, GA

Reason for Need: Newly acquired practice – seeking a permanent Dentist (locum-to-perm considered)

Start Date: ASAP

Staffing Support: 2 Dental Assistants, 1 Hygienist

Operatories: 4 total (2 Dentist, 2 Hygienist)

Schedule: Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–2pm

Patients per Day: 10–12
-
Procedures: General, bread-and-butter dentistry

Patient Age Range: 20+ years old
-
Technology: Open Dental & Dentrix

Payor Mix: Medicare, private insurance, cash (no HMO)
Ideal Candidate:

Licensed General Dentist in Georgia

A true team player with strong communication skills

Willing to build up a patient base

Provides constructive feedback and collaborates with staff for ongoing growth
