Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a 6-week locum tenens assignment as the sole provider in Kentucky. This opportunity starts on Nov 10, 2025, and features day shifts Monday through Friday, with varying hours. The ideal candidate must be proficient in extractions and dentures, and hold active BLS and DEA certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole dental provider for the practice
- Perform general dentistry procedures including extractions and dentures
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations and standards
Additional Information
- Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Kentucky
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
