Practice Highlights

• Dedicated dental facility within a community health center that provides 30,000+ visits annually across dental, medical, podiatry, and behavioral health.
• Manageable daily volume of 10–12 patients, allowing you to focus on quality care.
• Supported by 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants (with a 3rd assistant to be added when a new dentist joins).
• Comprehensive services including fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, bridges, and occasional implants.
• State-of-the-art technology: digital X-rays, panoramic imaging, and NextGen Dental EHR.
• Flexible scheduling options, including the possibility of 4-day, 10-hour workweeks.
• No call, no weekends, and no after-hours responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $200,000 (for 185 10-hour days / 1,850 hours per year), with consideration for experience.
• Sign-on bonus: $15,000 (half at signing, half at first payroll).
• Relocation assistance: Up to $7,000 reimbursement with receipts.
• Loan repayment: Eligible for State of Montana and NHSC programs.
• Full medical insurance coverage for dentist and family under the group policy.
• 403(b) retirement plan with employer match up to 3%.
• License & DEA reimbursement (initial and renewals).
• CME allowance: Up to $1,000 annually.
