General Dentist – Locum Opportunity - Tucson, AZ | Immediate Start!
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start: ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays
- Hours: 9a-6p
- Cases: Fillings, crowns, cleanings, exams, extractions
- Patient mix: 85% Adult/15% PEDO
- Avg. pts per day: 15-20
- EMR: Dexis/E-Chart
- Credentialing timeframe: 2-3 weeks
- Travel & Lodging for eligible candidates
- Malpractice provided
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Active AZ license
- Active AZ DEA
- CPR card
