Function: General Family Dentistry
Facility Location: Eagle, Idaho 83616
Assignment Dates: November 3, 2025 - December 10, 2025
Schedule/Shifts: Monday to Wednesday, 7 AM to 6 PM
Patient Ages: All ages 13 years and up
Patient Volume: 7- 8 per day
Procedures: General dentistry including restorative, crowns, bridges, and composite. No Endo required
Support Staff: Front Office, 2 dental assistants, 3 hygienists, 1 other dentist
Type of Charting: Open Dental
Requirements: MUST be enrolled with Idaho Delta Dental, Idaho dental license, DEA registration, and BLS
Reason for Need: Dentist having surgery needing 1 month recovery
Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Travel and Lodging Provided? Yes
Arthur Marshall pays weekly and covers malpractice insurance
