The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, our Tulsa clinic is seeking a 4th Dentist to join our team of three experienced providers. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist who enjoys treating children. We welcome new graduates as well as experienced practitioners — our priority is finding someone passionate about pediatric care and creating positive experiences for young patients.

Practice Highlights

• Patient Base: Primarily children ages 6 months to 20 years

• Payor Mix: ~80% Medicaid (SoonerCare) plus most commercial dental and vision plans

• Volume: 20–25 hygiene patients and 8–10 procedures per day

• Facility: 4 hygiene chairs and 4 operatories

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (rotating Saturday schedule)

• Services: Comprehensive pediatric dentistry, preventive and restorative care, and opportunities to perform higher-end cosmetic and operative procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential:

  • $200K+ annually (4-day workweek)

  • $250K+ annually (5-day workweek)

  • Top earners exceed $500K+ with advanced procedures

• Production-Based Pay: 30–32% of production (based on experience)

• Relocation Assistance: $5K–$7K
