Practice Overview:

• Modern, high-volume office

• 6–8 operatories equipped with Denticon and Itero technology

• Current team: 1 Dentist and 2 Dental Assistants (no hygienist initially)

• Patient flow: ~10–15 patients per day (80% adults, 20% children)

• Payor mix: Primarily PPO

• Procedures: Full-scope general dentistry including restorative, endodontic, surgical, and implant cases

Compensation:

• 6-month guaranteed salary, followed by production-based pay

• Average annual earnings: $250K+, with top producers exceeding $800K
