Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in Kentucky. This position begins on Oct 6, 2025, and spans a 4-day contract with day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday. As the sole provider, you will deliver comprehensive general dentistry care including extractions and dentures.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole dental provider during the assignment
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including extractions and dentures
- Deliver high-quality oral healthcare and manage a diverse patient base
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols
Additional Information
- Active Kentucky dental license required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry
- Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications
