A Steamboat Springs community is looking for a Lead Dentist to take on a meaningful mix of leadership and clinical responsibilities. You'll guide a tight-knit dental team, help shape future services, and still enjoy plenty of hands-on care with an established patient base.

Practice Details:
• Take over an established patient panel with a strong community reputation
• Lead a cohesive team of 4 experienced Dentists and 4 Dental Hygienists
• 50% clinical / 50% administrative with flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s)
• Play a key role in oversight of care delivery, compliance, quality, and team leadership
• Provide direct dental care while also participating in strategic planning and performance improvement

Compensation:
• $200,000-$260,000 base salary, depending on experience
