This opportunity replaces a departing provider and offers the ideal mix of autonomy, collaboration, and mentorship. Whether you’re an experienced dentist or a recent graduate, you’ll find strong support, modern technology, and a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
Highlights:
· Earn 30% of net collections (no lab fee deductions) with a guaranteed daily rate of $1,200
· $25,000 sign-on bonus plus retention bonuses up to $60,000.
· 4 Day Work Week
· Staff: 4 full-time dentists, 2 hygienists per provider, experienced assistants, and on-site leadership
· Fully digital operatories, intraoral scanners, and access to a nearby surgical and implant center
· Mentorship & Growth: Excellent clinical collaboration across a mix of new and seasoned providers.
· Employer-paid malpractice, health/vision/dental insurance, and 401(k) participation
